How long will the edits take?
Documents under 1500 words will be returned in three to seven (3-7) business days. Documents with a word count of 1501-5000 will be completed in 10-14 business days. Larger documents may take longer.
Can TEC accept rush orders?
Rush orders can be done in three (3) days, but will be charged a 20% premium on your editing service fees.
Will TEC edit figure captions?
Yes. If you want captions edited, please send them as a separate file. Captions will then be included in the word count.
Will my work be kept confidential?
Yes, your personal and scientific information remain confidential. TEC does not sell or give away any of your information -personal or scientific.
What forms of payment does TEC accept?
Paypal, purchase order (PO), or wire transfer.
Does TEC provide services for native speakers?
Yes. The same rates apply.
What about re-edits?
TEC offers a 20% discount for re-edits. For example, after peer-review, an author may have substantial re-writes before final submission to a journal.
